If your drums of flammable liquids are exposed to heat or fire, the pressure buildup can rupture the drum and fuel the fire. Vent plugs automatically open at 5 psi/internal pressure to protect the drum. Built-in flame arrestor prevents “flashback” ignition of the vented vapor to the drum contents.

Vertical Drum Vents have automatic dual-action pressure/vacuum with automatic vacuum relief. Fits 2″ NPS bung opening.

5. This all brass vertical adapter has 2 inch female threads at its top to accept the Justrite® 2 inch safety drum vents, SKUs
6. 100 and 100S.
7. The 3/4 inch male threads at its base, joining the adapter to the 3/4 inch bung opening on a vertically store drum.
8. This adapter does not work with the Justrite 2 inch Safety Drum Vent SKU 100P.
