Tips for maintaining a pneumatic actuated ball valve
- Check whether the filter, pressure reducing valve and lubricator are normal, and observe whether the air pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.8MPa.
- Observe whether there is air leakage in the pneumatic actuator, especially at the connection of the valve stem and the cover at both ends.
- Check whether the positioner works normally and whether there is air leakage.
- Check whether the fixing screws of all connecting parts are tight.
- Try to avoid too much floating ash covering the actuator, and keep the working environment clean.
