Applications

Tips: Ultra-high pressure transmitter vs. conventional pressure transmitter

Ultra-high pressure transmitters are designed to withstand extremely high pressure environments and are commonly used in high-pressure applications such as oil and gas, hydraulic systems, and deep-water exploration. Its structure adopts a reinforced stainless-steel design, which is resistant to vibration and shock, can withstand a higher pressure range, and eliminates the risk of leakage through an integrated design. Ultra-high pressure transmitters usually have high accuracy and stability, and are suitable for long-term operation under extreme conditions.

Conventional pressure transmitters are mainly used in more conventional industrial fields and are suitable for environments with lower pressure ranges, such as manufacturing, HVAC, and general industrial control. Its design is relatively simple, the price is relatively economical, and it is also convenient to install and maintain. Ordinary pressure transmitters meet most conventional pressure measurement needs in terms of accuracy and stability, but are not suitable for extremely high-pressure environments.
