Compact pneumatic actuated ball valve has such advantages as small fluid resistance, simple structure, small in size and light in weight. This air powered ball valve is made from high performance PVC or stainless steel, allowing it to service different medium from low to high temperature. It is widely used for water, oxygen, gas, nitrogen gas, gasoline and other air and fluid control.

Tips: Threaded type pneumatic ball valve features
- The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to the pipe section of the same length.
- Simple structure, small size and light weight.
- The sealing material of the ball valve is plastic, which has good sealing performance. The threaded ball valve also is widely used in vacuum systems.
- Convenient operation, quick opening and closing, only need to rotate 90° from fully open to fully closed, which is convenient for long-distance control.
- The maintenance is convenient, the ball valve has a simple structure, the sealing ring is generally movable, and it is more convenient to disassemble and replace.
- When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the sphere and the valve seat are isolated from the medium, and the sealing surface of the valve will not be eroded when the medium passes through.
- It has a wide range of applications and can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.
