Description
High performance and low price pneumatic angle seat valve is an inclined seat valve that works with stainless steel or plastic pneumatic actuator. Angle seat valve can be used for gas, liquid, steam and corrosive control. It has a radiator to protect the actuator, which prolongs the service life.

Tips: Troubleshooting for pneumatic angle seat valve leakage
- There is a gap between the valve core and the valve seat when the valve is fully closed, resulting in a large flow of medium when the valve is fully closed, and the controlled parameters are difficult to stabilize.
- Improper adjustment of the stroke or long-term use of the spool will cause wear and corrosion of the head of the spool.
- The valve core is corroded by the medium. The valve core should be taken out for grinding, and if it is serious, a new valve core should be replaced.
- The valve seat is corroded by the medium, and the seal between the valve seat and the valve body is damaged. The seat should be removed for lapping and replace the gasket.
- There are welding of slag, rust, slag and other dirt and blockage in the valve. The angle seat valve should be disassembled for cleaning.
