Features

The linear slide guide rail adopts synchronous belt transmission, high speed, equipped with servo motor up to 2000mm/s, repeat accuracy ±0.04, especially suitable for high-speed linear motion requirements.
The belt driven linear slide is a semi-enclosed linear motion system, which is mainly composed of aluminum body, guide rail, diagonal bearing holder, cover plate, slide block and other components.
Linear slide guide rail uses corrosion-resistant, high-strength aluminum alloy as the base. A high-precision linear guide pair is installed in the base. The aluminum alloy motion base is installed on the slide block. The middle part of motion seat is connected with the nut of ball screw.
Motor of the motorized linear slide drives the sliding table to reciprocate through the ball screw rod.
The diagonal bearing holder ensures the repeatability and positioning accuracy of motion seat. The aluminum alloy cover is installed on the motion base for overall protection.
